All sales are final and not eligible for returns.
Everything is sold as-is so please carefully review photos and dimensions before paying. Feel free to ask lots of questions or drop by to check it out. All sales are final. No exchanges, credits, or refunds. However, if the item is purchased online and, at pickup, the buyer finds damage that was not listed, the order can be cancelled without penalty.
After purchase, you must pick up your item(s) within 5 business days.
"Business days" refer to Monday-Friday. For example; if you place an order Thursday, you have until the following Thursday to pick up. Items will be available during store hours or by appointment. Five business days after the order was placed, we will try to reach out with a courtesy reminder. If the items are not claimed, the order will be forfeited and relisted. No exchanges, credits, or refunds.
We know things come up, but because of limited space and constant new inventory, we are not able to store items for longer than this timeframe.
Shipping times vary greatly.
Because shipping is based on several factors it can range from same day to 6 weeks. If timing is a concern, please add that to your Order Notes. If, for some reason, items have not been picked up by the driver within two weeks, you can request a cancellation without penalty.
